Planning a Charity Auction? We’ll Help
To date, over £55,000 has been raised via YOUR generosity bidding at charity auctions. Let’s keep growing that and making a difference!
How does it work?
Your Charity Ball offers an Auction – huge fun, great prizes, one of which is a week’s holiday valued at £2,000 in our gorgeous home.
Your auctioneer opens the bidding at a minimum of £800 which comes back to us.
Every single penny raised over £800 goes to your charity – be it a small village interest or a national or global event. We’ve had single bids of over £6,000 to an individual charity – and all you do is print the brochure!
Is there small print?
Once you have a winner, introduce us and we will take it from there. We will follow your protocol re invoices, certificates, providing PDF information for your brochure. Once your winner has confirmed their dates, we request the money to be transferred. Once received, confirmations go out, all done!
The holiday date deadline will be given at the time of enquiry – we do have a cut off time within which the holiday must be taken (around 1 year from the Auction). Winners are asked to check our Availability Calendar to choose their dates.
As you can see, there is incredible potential to raise hundreds, if not thousands of pounds – without having to beg for prizes as this is on offer!
What our clients say :
“As ambassador here in Singapore for Sok Sabay, Children’s Shelter on Phnom Penh, Cambodia, we have an annual fund raising night with friends and supporters of the NGO. We have silent and live auctions, and I was lucky enough to be offered the villa in Spain as a special item to offer our guests.
Amanda and her team made it very easy for us to use Casa La Celada as a live auction price. From the outset until completion we were helped with clear information and swift responses including Letters to the winning bidders, extra information whenever needed, access to the online booking calendar and a full year in which to take the holiday. Amanda was kind enough to offer a small extension to the year if our winners needed it but in the end it wasn’t necessary.
Once we had a winning bidder, the CLC team took over and supported our winners quickly and professionally, keeping us continually updated. Their responses to the winners were helpful, swift and accommodating. We didn’t need to get involved at all.
We were asked to transfer the agreed amount when the winners were ready to make a confirmed booking. We received both an invoice and receipt at this point.
If we do hold another similar event, we would most certainly auction a week at Casa La Celada again because it’s a very easy way to raise a large amount of money with no hassle involved and is a superb luxury Lot.
