Planning a Charity Auction?  We'll Help

Charity Auction Gavel

To date, over £65,000 has been raised thanks to you generously bidding at charity auctions.  Let's keep making a difference ...

How does it work?

Your Charity Ball offers an Auction - huge fun, great prizes, one of which is a week's holiday in our gorgeous home. Your auctioneer opens the bidding at a minimum of £800 which comes back to us - most of our clients open at around £1,200. Every single penny raised over £800 goes to your charity - be it a small village interest or a national or global event.   We've had single bids of over £7,000 to an individual charity - and all you do - if you want - is print our PDF brochure.

Is there small print?

Once you have a winner, introduce us and we will take it from there.  We will follow your protocol re invoices, certificates, providing PDF information for your brochure.  Once your winner has confirmed their dates, we request the money to be transferred.  Once received, confirmations go out, all done! The holiday date deadline will be given at the time of enquiry - we do have a cut off time within which the holiday must be taken (around 1 year from the Auction) but we always aim to accommodate special situations wherever we can.  Winners are asked to check our Availability Calendar to choose their dates. As you can see, there is incredible potential to raise hundreds, if not thousands of pounds - without having to beg for prizes as this is on offer!

What our clients say :

"Amanda and her team made it very easy for us to use Casa La Celada as a live auction price.  From the outset until completion we were helped with clear information and swift responses including Letters to the winning bidders, extra information whenever needed, access to the online booking calendar and a full year in which to take the holiday.  Amanda was kind enough to offer a small extension to the year if our winners needed it but in the end it wasn't necessary."

"The CLC team ... supported our winners quickly and professionally, keeping us continually updated.  Their responses to the winners were helpful, swift and accommodating.  We didn't need to get involved at all."

"If we do hold another similar event, we would most certainly auction a week at Casa La Celada again because it's a very easy way to raise a large amount of money with no hassle involved and is a superb luxury Lot."

"I first met Amanda via her Twitter page @DreamingSpain back in February 2016. I got in touch re her beautiful family villa and requested to use it for an auctoin prize at our Charity Ball in the April after reading the bio. The firest time we 'sold' the villa was for £1550. Since then we have had the pleasure of working with Amanda again in May 2018 for another Charity Auction. The villa was so popular we made the decision to sell it twice for 2 separate weeks to 2 separate bidders; each one raised £3500. The process is easy and Amanda is an absolute dream to work with. There is no hidden small print or catches, everything is open and fair. I would highly recommend and hope to work together agian in the future." Claire, from KIDS Yorkshire

Helped raised thousands of pounds ...

"Thanks to the lovely Amanda and her gorgeous villa Casa La Celada, Tempus magazine have helped raise thousands of pounds fo rnumerous charities over the past year, including Great Ormond Street Hospical and Help For Heroes.  Our winning bidders have all had rave reviews of their stay and Amanda was an absolute delight to work with!  We look forward to working together again on future events"

"We have used Amanda and her villa a few times now to help us raise as much money as possible for our chosen charities. From the beginning to the end of the process Amanda is always very helpful and professional. We will continue to use Amanda and her villa as a luxury auction lot as long as possible. The winning bidders always say how fantastic the villa is."
